Fall Release Countdown Day 2

It's Day 2 our product countown for fall release, and I am so excited about this set! I love Voodoo Dolls!

 Our product will be up for sale on Saturday September 8th!!!

This adorable Voodoo Doll couple is the perfect accent stamp for all your card making needs! It's a must have!

This set comes with 8 graphic images and 7 sentiments.

 

I thought it would be fun to create a card using only the Voodoo masks!

I added a little hand stiching to bring out the Voodoo doll vibe. 

 

 

This next card is a little something special! I create this card and took my colored Voodoo Dolls and laminated them. Then I glued on magnets to the back of my dolls and secured them to the card by putting small magnets on the inside to hold the images in place. 

 

Once the recipient receives the card they can take off the elements and place them on their fridge or any other magnetic surface!

Last but certainly not least I create a Voodoo card and included elements from our Halloween Sassy Pack! It's Voodoo so I had to add bones, feathers, and eyeballs right?

Falling for Scarecrow Stamp Set

This little straw haired cutie is perfect for fall cards. This set has a whopping 9 images and 6 sentiments.

 

This set is so versatile because you can feature the scarecrow as your featured stamp, or you could make a card using the flowers and leaves. Those smaller elements would make the cutest patterned paper to coordinate with your scarecrow card!

You are Beautiful stamp and stencil card

So far it's been a week of floral fun, and I hope to add one more yummy floral card to the mix! I wanted to create something using the florals from our You are Beautiful Stamp Set and our Layered Floral Stencil. I came up with this glittery stenciled card background, and a tag featuring the floral stamp.

 

To create my background paper I used mint green cardstock, and I used some Abandoned Coral Refill Distress Ink to color some embossing paste (one dark one lighter). I spread the darker paste over the floral shape part of the Layered Floral Stencil. Once that was dry I lined up the center detail part of the stencil over what I had just done, and spread the lighter colored paste. When it was completely dry I added the circle stamps all over the paper using Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink.

I stamped my flowers in Tea Dye Distress Ink and colored them with Copic Markers
(Flowers R22,R32,R20,E00 Leaves G00,BG34)

I think the copper glitter paper really works with this color palette. It reall makes the coral colored flowers really POP!

You are Beautiful Stamp Set

Taking the risk of sounding corney . . .  I wanted to share with you a little story about the You are Beautiful Stamp Set.

I created it because I really wanted to put a stamp set out there for crafters that had the kind of sentiments that YOU would want to hear. It's absolutely wonderful to receive a card that let's you know someone is thinking about you, but imagine getting a card that says "You are beautiful strong, and enough" or how about "Take time to do what makes your soul happy. You deserve it". I wanted there to be sentiments that would truly raise someones spirits or remind them how important they are.

I took my color choices from this Doodlebug stripped paper from
their 6x6 Kitten Smitten paper pad.

I've experienced challenging times in my life, as I am sure we all have I thought those moments can be hard to get through, and if a friend or family member was experiencing the same thing I would want to tell them something special to help them through it. Imagine a time where you had a deeply trying personal time in your life, wouldn't it have been nice to hear:

"Do you realize how many events and choices, that had to occur since the beginning of time, leading up to the making of you? You are perfect exactly the way you are."

 

I hope that this stamp set can help communicate the words you would like to tell a friend or loved one. I hope you find it as special as I do.

Cupcake card you could almost eat!

This is my last cupcake card, I swear!
Okay we both know that's a lie. We determined early in the week that I indeed have a cupcake obsession problem! Here is my final card using Designer Cupcake Stamp Set.This one had to be a bright and happy card because who doesn't want a happy looking card for their birthday?

I used my copics to color this sprinkle cupcake, and for the sprinkles I stamped them and cut them out. I know right now you're thinking this girls NUTS! But to be far fussy cutting is a relaxing activity for me so I love doing it...LOL! If you didn't want to do that then I would stamp the sprinkles in between the frosting lines so you can avoid all that.

I used the "Happy Birthday" sentiment on the inside of my card and colored each letter in to bring all the color from the front into the inside!

Designer Cupcakes!

Today I wanted to show you this fun strawberry shortcake cupcake that I created with Designer Cupcake Stamp Set! First you must know that on a personal level I am OBSESSED with cupcakes. Images, photos, and of course I bake cupcakes constently! So it was easy to create a bunch of cupcake cards becuase of my cupcake obsession!!! I used my Copic to create depth in the wrapper to make it look more 3D.

I wanted to create an easel card so it could stand up and you could see the yummy cupcake. I also stamped the sentiment and embossed it with white embossing powder.

I love the pink and red color combo and I used my Layered Circle Stencil to make matching background paper.

I finished it out with some buttons, lace Dazzle stickers, and twine!

Designer Cupcake Stamp Set!

It's time to kick off a Designer Cupcake Extravaganza!

I am kicking off a week of inspiring designs for our Designer Cupcake Stamp Set. Today I am going to share with you 4 different cupcake cards today because let's be honest, is there any such thing as too many cupcakes?

 Let's start with a classic. Funfetti cupcake! The frosting had to have glitter on it of course!

Tropic like it's Hot!

It's Tropical Party week and I couldn't resist making a pineapple card!

 

I used Doodlebug Fun in the Sun 6x6 paper pad for this card. I love the tropical prints and I think they go great with the Tropical Party Stamp Set. I used Squeezed Lemonade Distress Ink to shade the outside of my circle. This creates a little frame for my pineapples.

To make the glasses on the pineapple look refelective I used Copic markers.

When you want that reflective look you simply take 3 colors to create a sky, mountain range, and ground. In this sample I used B00-sky, E77-mountain, and E42-ground. You are going to draw a blue line at the top, a zig zag mountain range line in the middle, and a light brown line on the bottom for the ground. You can add a white gel pen line or plus shape as a highlight. That's it!

Tropical Party Week!

It's Tropical Party Week! I am kicking things off with some Tropical goodness! I absolutely love the versatility of this  Tropical Party stamp set. You can make so many different cards with this set. 

I used our Background Building Stencil & Stamps to create this next card

Of course I wanted to make a flamingo card because she's adorable! But I also wanted to make some cards using the smaller stamps as well.
For my first card I used the Layered Leaf Stencil to create this bright paper.

I used the leaf stamp to create a tone on tone paper to go with my pink and green leaf paper. I of course added a ton of rhinestones, and colored my flamingo with Copics.

For my next card I wanted to create some patterned paper using the smaller stamps. I stamped the smaller stamps randomly on kraft paper, and colored them in with Prismal colored Pencils. When I was done I took a white colored pencil and outlined each stamp. I think it really makes the images POP!

 This next card I had to channel Miami Vice to create a retro patterned card!

Lastly here is a card making my flamingo girl the star of my card!

I stamped her and some tropical leaves and colored them. Once that was done I cut them out and added them to my card.
