It's day 30 and I saved my favorite for last!!! I hope you have enjoyed all my posts as well as everyone else Halloween fun this month. I can't wait to share with you my favorite card! I used Stampendous Skeleton Lady! She's so eerie and creepy, I love it!
Supplies:
Stampendous Halloween Diamonds Clear Stamp
Stampendous Detailed Embossing Powder - black, and white
Memento Ink - black
Cardstock - Black, white
Glitter Cardstock - black
Distress Ink - Festive Berries, Barn Door, Black Soot
Blending tool
Masking Paper (anything will work, but I like Inkadinkado Mask Paper)
Glossy Accents
Craft Sheet
Paintbrush
Foam Tape
Zip Dry Adhesive
Glue Dots
Ribbon - black and white stripe
Black Pen
Instructions:
1. Cut 4 1/2" x 7 1/2" black card. Cut corners at the top to create a tag card. Stamp card randomly with the Halloween Diamond web stamp with VersaMark Ink, and sprinkle with detailed white embossing powder. Heat set. Cut 4 1/2" x 1/2" black glitter strip and glue to the bottom of the card. Cut a 3/4" x 1" black glitter strip to the top of card.
2. Cut 3 3/4" x 5 1/2" white cardstock. Stamp with Skeleton lady using Memento Ink. Let dry. Stamp image onto masking paper. Cut out image (cut out skeleton and tombstones) from masking paper and gather Distress Inks. Peel backing from masking paper and place onto original image on white cardstock. Using Blending tool to add Black soot to the bottom, Festive Berries in the middle, and Barn Door to the top. Use blender tool to all the edges. Peel back mask to reveal image. (for photo samples of this technique view this post: http://amyhurley.typepad.com/my_weblog/2015/10/31-days-of-halloween-day-22.html )
3. Foam tape skeleton lady to card. Press Black Soot Distress Ink onto craft sheet. Add Glossy Accents mix ink together. Use paintbrush to drip onto card as shown. Add ribbon using Glue Dots.
