It's the final day of our Spectrum Noir and Stampendous Blog Hop!
Is there anything cuter than this Stampendous Balloon Kiddo Stamp! I love the balloons and the kiddo's adorable little face!
I created a video that started out being just about blending with Spectrum Noir markers, and instead features 4 different techniques! I'm crazy like that.....once I get started I can't stop sharing tips and techniques that make me oh so happy! In the video I feature a fun blending technique with Spectrum Noir markers, masking with post it notes, a cloud background technique, and shading your image with charcoal pencil! Whew! That's a lot, and I think the more information I can pass on...the better for you, my crafting pals!
To create this card you'll need:
Stampendous Balloon Kiddo Stamp
Spectrum Noir Markers:
Cardstock - white, pink
Vellum
Memento Ink- black
Post it notes
Distress Ink - Tumbled Glass
Blending tool
Charcoal pencil
blending stump
Oval Cutting die
Scalloped Oval Cutting Die
Liquid Pearls
May Arts - yellow dot ribbon
Wink of Stella Pen - Clear
Step 1. Stamp Balloon Kiddo with Memento Ink onto white cardstock and follow video instructions. Add a Wink of Stella to balloons.
Step 2. Start with 5" x 7" white card. Glue 4 3/4" x 6 3/4" pink cardstock centered. Die cut scalloped oval and glue to card as shown. Stamp with sentiment.
Step 3. Cut out colored image with oval cutting die, and glue to card as shown. Add Liquid Pearl dots, and bow.

Thank you for the facial and hair shading tips! I really needed this! Great blending tip also!
I love creating clouds and always have trouble getting them to look realistic but now I think I am going to be able to master it! I had to pause the video so that I could head to Amazon and order the all over sticky notes and then for the charcoal pencil so I don't forget! LOVE the effect that the pencil shading adds to the face! WOW! My day is complete now because I have learned so much and it is still so early!!
Thank you for sharing this lovely image and all of the wonderful tips!!!

Amazing video! I had no idea that all the mediums could work together like that. I have to try and get myself some SN pens, I already have pencils and the ink pads - so the pens are now at the top of my wish list. Thank you for the blog hop and awesome inspirations for the last couple of weeks Karen
