Spectrum Noir pens have an array of fantastic colors, but I feel like the Neon colors just aren't talked about enough! They have got some fantastic neon colors that are perfect for adding some punch to your projects. (Unfortunately my camera isn't picking up the neon colors very well....so you'll have to trust me it's more neon in person!)
Here's a look at what I like to use for my neon colors:
Items:
- Card stock – purple, black, white, neon red
- Memento Ink – Black
- Versamark Ink
- Stampendous Detail White Embossing Powder
- Stampendous Detail Black Embossing Powder
- Spectrum Noir Markers – PL4, FL1, IB2, CG3, FL3, BP3
- Acrylic Block
- Beacon Zip Dry
- Foam tape
Instructions:
1) Start with 4” x 6 ½” purple card. Glue 4” x 1/8” neon red strip to bottom of card. Cut a 3 7/8” x 5” black card stock. Stamp with Versamark, and sprinkle with detailed white embossing powder. Shake off excess and heat set. Matt onto neon red card stock leaving 1/16” border, glue centered on card.
2) Cut a 3 7/8” x 5” white card stock. Stamp with Versamark, and sprinkle with detailed black embossing powder. Shake off excess and heat set. Cut flower shape from white card stock, and color with Spectrum Noir markers as shown. Foam tape flower on top of matching image on black embossed card stock.
3) Glue 2 ½” x 1 ¼” white card stock on to neon red leaving 1/16” border. Stamp sentiment “Thank You for being my friend” onto white strip, and foam tape to bottom right side of card as shown.

LOVE this Neon colored card! GORGEOUS! I love using the neons for everything! I think they add so much to any type of creation! I often tone them down by using pastels to accent little bits of my projects but also love them alone! TFS!
