The trip so far has been both spiritual, beautiful, and twisted! I have never been in an RV and while for the most part I found it incredibly fun, I was shocked at developing motion sickness from all the rocking. On the way to Idaho we unknowingly popped a tire on the trailer that was towing the car. It felt like we went over a very small bump, an after a few minutes a woman in a van drove up next to us yelling to pull over and check the back of the RV. We pulled over and saw the tire was completely shredded...BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! We also saw that we had been driving on rims, that were apparently creating sparks, and that the side of the freeway was now ON FIRE!!!
The fire was put out and thankfully no one was hurt! We did however experience heat exhaustion, some nausea, and a ripped off toenail for Kindra thanks to some peer pressure to jump on someones back! We made it to Idaho for a day's rest, and a meet and greet with their new puppy.
The next night we went out for a GIRLS NIGHT ONLY full of raiding the $1.00 stamps and scrapbooking supplies at the local craft store. We scored big time! Then we thought we would end the evening with a rowdy dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. Food and service was great and we giggled allot. But wait...that's not all....all of a sudden I felt really dizzy, nauseous, and had a sudden headache. We waited for it to pass, but then decided we would leave early. As Kimmie and I headed for the door I turned to her and said "I don't feeeelll . . . . ." And then I passed out. You heard me PASSED OUT! 3 times actually. So my girls did what any good scrapbooker would do....we documented the whole thing! The ambulance was called and I was taken to the emergency room.
In between consciousness...this was my view...
We were at the hospital till 3am, where they discovered my DDiamond blodd test levels were very elevated. This means they found tissue in my blood stream like when you have a heart attack. It turned out my heart was having to work extra hard because I was experience altitude sickness. NEVER heard of it, weird!
So we went home slept, and slept, and then left for Utah!
We got in pretty late . . .
so we had a quick bite to eat and then stopped by Temple Square to see the Temple at night. It was so beautiful. There is a reflection pool in front of it, and I will try to put all three picture in order so you can kind of get an idea of what it looked like, but in no way does it show it's beauty.

The next day we hit Lots of Scrapbook Stores!
Thrifty Kimmie Always finding the Clearance rack . . .
Kindra in THE ZONE not wishing to be disturbed . . .
Ohma always knitting . . .
And me photographing everything in the store!
We saw Temple Square the next day and I can't even begin to descibe what a beautiful spiritual experience that it was. It touched my heart and changed me. I will never forget it.
