Christmas with my family . . .

Five days ago we got to leave Oregon and drive fifeteen hours away to have an early Christmas with my family. It turned out to be quite the adventure! My family took us to CALM in Bakersfield. We went to their Christmas Light Festival, and it was so amazingly beautiful.

That was cool enough! But then we had an ornament exchange on December 8th, and my Mom hand painted an ornament for our family. It was red with Mickey Mouses painted all over it and a tag that said Disneyland December 10, 2010...It took the kids a minute, and then they realized her gift was a trip to Disneyland while we were down there! (She told us the night before) They were so happy!

And we got to go at Christmas time...It was so Magical!!!
